Hafiz Rancajale (b. June 4th, 1971, in Pekanbaru) graduated Fine Arts at Jakarta Institute of Arts (IKJ) in 1994. He is an artist, curator, founder of Forum Lenteng. Editor in Chief at www.jurnalfootage.net. He is also the Artistic Director of OK. Video – Jakarta International Video Festival (2003-2011). Since 2013, Hafiz is the Artistic Director of ARKIPEL.

He is also Coordinator of Research and Development at Forum Lenteng. Made his first film Rangjebor (2014), co-directed by Mohammad Fauzy. He also made video art and curator of many fine art and media art exhibitions. Some of his works have been presented in many international art exhibitions such as Singapore Biennale 2013 and Videobrasil 2013.
