Institution in Residence III, Tranzit, Prague

From 9 September 2019 to 12 October 2019, Hafiz Rancajale and Otty Widasari are participating in the Institution in Residence III, a program organized by Tranzit (www.tranzit.org), a non-profit organization focused on developing contemporary art and alternative cultural practices. This residency project aims to explore the possibilities of the new form and working method of cultural institution, which challenge organizations, collectives, and individuals to experiment through the programs that Tranzit has designed. This experimentation is one way to look for opportunities to find alternative structures that are functional in relation to the concept of power relations, as well as other appropriate findings that are adaptable to the current situation. The residency program is also part of the Matter of Art Biennal preparation program, Prague 2020.
