In the XIX edition, 69 Performance Club presents a performance photography project that frames the photographic recordings of participants’ body in domestic space. The bodies that presented in the frame can be fully present as body, but can also relate to the objects and spaces in which the body is present, as a way of interpreting anthropological signs from our domestic space. The medium of photography froze the catchment of the body, space, and objects into imaginative motion, which is wrapped in the play of light, the speed of the camera, the frame, focus, and various technical possibilities in it. In a physical distancing situation due to the Covid-19 outbreak which requires us to live in private spaces, this project attempted to reflect on what can be read from the events of the most actual social situation currently in the performance photography artwork. The participants tried to capture daily events in the private sphere and relate them to various social issues and the medium itself. The Domestic Formation project took place on April 6 to May 10, 2020 and participated by 9 artists in Jakarta, Tangerang, Samarinda and Palu. There are 34 participant works uploaded regularly to Instagram @69performanceclub account as a form of presentation. Year Instagram, Indonesia
