On September 13-29th, 2018, Forum Lenteng participated in the “Story of Two Cities: Narrative Archives of Memory” exhibition held at the National Gallery of Indonesia, Jakarta. In the exhibition, Forum Lenteng presented archives and films from Dr. Huyung, who is from Korea, was later assigned by the Japanese Government to become a cameraman in Indonesia during the Japanese occupation era. The archives and films previously exhibited at Kultursinema # 4: Takdir Huyung, as part of the Arkipel – 2017 Jakarta International Documentary and Experimental Film Festival. The exhibition curated by Sunyoung Oh also involved five other artists or collectives, namely Irwan Ahmett and Tita Salina, JaF+Badan Kajian Pertanahan, Mixrice, Sulki & Min, and Sunah Choi. This exhibition also participated in presenting archival and documentation projects of facts and stories from history between Indonesia and Korea since 1945 which ran simultaneously.
